PRE-SALES:

Please do not flood our email, inbox, Telegram or Whatsapp with messages on "when will the coin arrive" or "what is the status on the coin." Our custom coins require approximately 6 to 8 weeks for production. In rare cases, production may extend to 10 to 12 weeks.

Important Notice:

If a pre-sale item is purchased along with in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are available. We do not ship orders separately.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS:

All sales are final. No refunds or returns on custom coins or creations.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

Once your package gets shipped and you receive a tracking number, we will not be held liable if USPS loses your package or your package is ripped open and/or items are missing. If USPS loses your package, please contact them and file a claim.

If packages are returned back to us due to an undeliverable address, please note that we will make all efforts to contact you. Once we exhaust all means of communication with you and still unsuccessful after 45 days, we hold the right to return the items back to stock and no money will be refunded.

UNCLAIMED PURCHASES:

Any purchases made through Sheepdog Projects is to be claimed within 45 days. After this timeframe, all items will be returned back to stock and no money will be refunded.
