Sheepdog Projects Policy

Pre-Sales

Please refrain from sending repeated inquiries via email, inbox, Telegram, or WhatsApp regarding the status of pre-sale items.
Custom coins generally require 8 to 10 weeks for production. In rare cases, production may take up to 12 weeks.
Important Notice: If you purchase a pre-sale item along with in-stock items, your order will ship once all items are available. We do not split shipments.

Refunds and Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the custom nature of our products, no refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted.
This applies to all custom coins and commissioned creations.

Shipping and Handling

Once a package has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, Sheepdog Projects is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
All packages are shipped insured. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, you must file a claim directly with USPS.
If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable or incorrect address, you have 30 days from the date tracking information was issued to contact us.
- If no contact is made within 30 days, items will be returned to inventory and no refund will be issued.
Customer Responsibility: If a package is returned due to customer negligence (e.g., incorrect address provided), the customer will be required to pay the shipping fee again before the order is resent.

Unclaimed Purchases

Any purchase must be claimed within 30 days of notification.
After this period, unclaimed items will be restocked and no refund will be issued.

Additional Terms

By placing an order with Sheepdog Projects, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
Sheepdog Projects reserves the right to update or amend these policies at any time without prior notice.
